amsterdam Holiday Apartments


Known as the Venice of North on account of its many canals, Amsterdam, the capital city of Netherlands is not only the country largest city and its main financial, cultural, and creative hub as well. The Old Centre- the heart of the city and one of the most visited area of Amsterdam. A stay in any of the service apartments located near the centrum will put within easy reach from some of the city prominent attractions like the Royal Palace (Dam square) , Nieuwe Kerk, Amsterdam Historical Museum (Spui), Anne Frank Museum and the Waag. Jordaan – A favourite with artists and intellectuals, Jordaan is home to several art galleries, little boutiques, cozy cafes and trendy bars. Worth visiting are its outdoor flea market and organic farmers' market held on Mondays and Saturdays.

Oud Zuid or the Museum Quarter - Those with interests in art and museum should seek out accommodation in this area. Prominent museums like Rijksmuseum, the Stedelijk Museum and the Van Gogh Musuem are all located here as are the luxury shops belonging to Chanel, Gucci, Hermés. Also located here is the Vondelpark, the city’s largest and best known park.

De Pijp - Located below the Canals and on the east side of the Museum Quarter, De Pijp is Amsterdam most bohemian and multi cultural residential neighbourhood. Notable for being the base of the Heineken Brewery Experience, Albert Cuypmarkt and several exotic shops, the service apartments of the De Pijp neighbourhood are a big hit among students, immigrants and young couples on account of their relatively low price.
