This apartment block is located literally 2 minutes from Limehouse station. It is very easy to find. What I liked about this block is the privacy. Once you enter the block, it is like a separate compound which separates you from the main road. Once entering the actual block to access the apartment itself, I liked the fact that there is a sign to show you which floor contains what apartments. There is no reception area here which may be a disadvantage to some. The system with this host is of a self check in nature with a key safe located at the end of the building. There is a 24 hour emergency number should you need help with anything. There are two lifts in the apartment block giving easy access. The one thing I like about the way the apartments are locates is that there are 2 apartments per floor (22 apartments in total in the whole building) which aids that extra privacy. Once you enter in the apartment, you will love the size and the minimalism. All the rooms are of a large size including the living room. The only downside is that the kitchen is not separate. However due to the size of the living room, this does not matter. What I loved about this apartment was the size of the balcony. When you look at the balcony from the inside, it does not appear that big until you actually go onto the balcony itself. The balcony stretches around the living room. It is certainly big enough to host summer networking events and the view is just breathtaking. I loved the bedrooms in this apartment. They are cosy and of a decent size. It is compulsory that all the apartments have ‘keep calm carry on’ canvas in them as it apparently is of high demand. One of the ensuite bedrooms also has a balcony which oversees the marina which is a great selling point. One of the bedrooms was particularly nice due to the size and not only that, it had a desk inside with a lamp which is great for corporates. There is plenty of space in the apartment, and it can sleep up to 7 people – as one of the sofas in the living room is a sofa bed. The rooms are big enough to fit travel cots and the beds are zip and link. I would highly recommend this apartment for bookings – particularly corporate bookings
