PAYMENT PROCESS: 

A deposit of 50% is required within 5 days of the booking to secure your holiday. Remember it takes up to 3 days for bank transfers to be received. Payment methods include Internet electronic transfer, payment at any Suncorp Branch, Cheque or Money Order. Cash payments are not accepted. The remaining balance of 50% is required 30 days prior to the commencement of your holiday.

At this time a deposit bond of $500 for Malibu Avenue will also be required as insurance to cover the costs of any damage. Full bond will be returned provided the property has been left in a satisfactory condition to that found on arrival. Eg BBQ/oven left clean, dog droppings removed, no damages etc. The bond will be refund via bank transfer once satisfactory bond check has been carried out following your departure. Keys collection arrangements will be forwarded once full payment is received.
