The living room greets you with umpteen spaciousness and the brightness pouring in through the huge window sprawling an entire wall lights up every corner of the living area making you feel vibrant and positive. Besides, two couches, a 4-seater coffee table, a television set and a small desk comprise the living room. The living room gives way to a narrow wing which is the kitchen. Stocked with basic utensils, hot plates, oven and gadgets like toaster and blender, you will be fully equipped to cook a nice meal and sample some Italian fare. The bedroom has a double bed you would be tempted to sink into after a hectic day of sigh seeing around Rome, in addition to ample closet space and pleasant lighting. The bathroom is well equipped with a shower and washer/dryer.

The Basilica of San Giovanni and Basilica of Santa Croce in Gerrusalemme are meters away from the apartment and so is the San Lorenzo neighbourhood and University La Sapienza. A 25% deposit (including tourist tax) will need to be paid at the time of booking and the balance must be paid 60 days prior to the arrival to the apartment. A parking can be reserved in advance on request and payment of EUR 15 per day. Also, you will need to submit a security deposit of EUR 200, payable in cash on arrival to the apartment.
