This chic short-term Parisian studio rental located in a renovated and refurbished 17th century historic mansion is conveniently located in the heart of Marais - a historical district known for trendy, tourist attractions and nightlife. Done up in minimalistic modern decor with black and white as the main hues, the studio appears even more roomy and spacious and is eloquently separated from all its sections by strong interior geometric forms.
A fully equipped kitchen is at the entrance with its L shaped black and white counter. The fully functional bathroom is equipped with shower, WC and ample-sized washbasin with a large squared mirror with black frame. The living room features a sofa and a centre table with a geometric painting in the backdrop and a built-in bookshelf nested in the slanted architecture of the sidewall.
The dining area with a table for two stands on the same side just before the interesting geometric black wooden structure that curves up asymmetrically with drapes behind it to separate the living/dining room from the bedroom. The bedroom with a modern and a touch of Egyptian look and feel hosts another large window looking out to the buildings and a bed with interestingly textured tall thin rectangular dim light-stands.

This Paris holiday apartment is located on the 4th floor with an elevator in Le Marais- France's largest district and one of Paris' most trendy and historic neighbourhoods. Hotel de Ville and a metro station by the same name are located minutes away.
Antique shops, art and design galleries, jewelleries, excellent bakeries, quaint restaurants and bistros, and convenience stores are some other attractions. Parisian highlights such as the Pompidou Centre of Modern Arts, Notre-Dame Cathedral in Saint Louis Island, Place des Vosges, Picasso Museum, Bastille Paris Opera and Musee d'Art et d'Histoire du Judaisme de Paris, Musee de la Chasse et de la Nature, Musee Carnavalet, Maison de Victor Hugo are all just a walk away.
Getting anywhere from here is no problem as the metro is available on either sides in a walking distance.

Lorraine's studio was in a superb location right in the heart of things. A great neighbourhood that is walking distance to Notre Dame, the Louvre, etc. There are shops and restaurants all around, and it was lively but safe. There is a grocery store across the street, a bakery on the corner, trendy boutiques and several brasseries nearby. It's five minutes from the Metro. The apartment itself is a very good size, we had up to four people, and had everything we needed for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Paris. The studio was clean and tidy enough, and full of natural light. We might bring our own towels next time - for comfort's sake - but everything else was great. Lorraine was extremely helpful and kind, and we would definitely stay here again.

The kindness of Lorrein and the perfect solution that my boyfriend and me, had found in this studio, made my holliday simply perfect! The location can't be better: it's in the middle of one of the best area of Paris ! The studio is so parisienne! Mini supermarket in front of the house, faboulus bakery 20 steps, brasserie and wine shop right down the street, metro 500 m !!! Best thing is the queit: no noise from the street even if the studio is in the heart of Paris! The studio was full furnished !!! We will come back again! Thanx a lot Lorrein !
