This spacious, quiet two double bedroom Munich holiday apartment located in one of the fanciest areas- Prinzregenten square in Bogenhausen, is part of a freshly renovated historic building built in 1911. The elegant building invites its residents and guests with a red carpet treatment at the entrance stairs and leads to a very delightful apartment. The decor and the interiors of the bedrooms are very interesting and display an arched wall behind the large double beds with sophisticated French headrests with two sleek wooden side tables. A chic ceiling lamp descends over the bed convenient for reading at night and the wall-hanging flat screen TV offering domestic and international channels is great for entertainment. The rich wooden double French closets with a large mirror in its centre are placed next to the bed. The master bedroom being even more spacious includes a rich fancy large sofa seating arrangement which may be used as a bed. Two additional people can be accommodated. The bathroom is located in the well lit hallway and has good toilet fittings and includes a sink, toilet and shower cabin. The rooms maintain their privacy with a nice hallway that separates them from the kitchen and dining area, which are nicely integrated into each other. The dining area for four, hosts a rich wooden French round table with elegant chairs with silk tapestry. The kitchen is very well equipped with all appliances and gadgets for a satisfying stay. The apartment is a walk away from the city centre, 50m away from the underground station Prinzregentenplatz (U4) and to the museum's bus line (100). The Munich Trade Fair Centre is only twenty minutes away and the airport about Forty five minutes away. The apartment further has the convenience of supermarkets, access to Restaurants with International cuisines such as Indian, Italian, Chinese and Greek, and has a chocolate bakery in the close vicinity. The Prinzregententheater, or Prince Regent's Theatre, is a theatre and opera house that has hosted some of the world’s most famous Premiers. The historic building is located nearby at 12 Prinzregentenplatz and was designed by Max Littmann and opened on 21st August, 1901 with a production of "Die Meistersinger von Nürnberg" by Richard Wagner. Interesting places to visit in Munich are the Marienplatz, in the central square and the heart of Munich known for historic buildings, churches, landmarks and houses and the Mariensäule- the Marian Column topped with the golden statue of Virgin Mary.
