This apartment block is located literally 2 minutes from Limehouse station. It is very easy to find. What I liked about this block is the privacy. Once you enter the block, it is like a separate compound which separates you from the main road. Once entering the actual block to access the apartment itself, I liked the fact that there is a sign to show you which floor contains what apartments. There is no reception area here which may be a disadvantage to some. The system with this host is of a self check in nature with a key safe located at the end of the building. There is a 24 hour emergency number should you need help with anything. There are two lifts in the apartment block giving easy access. The one thing I like about the way the apartments are locates is that there are 2 apartments per floor (22 apartments in total in the whole building) which aids that extra privacy. Once you enter the apartment, you will be amazed at the minimalism décor. The apartment is bright with white walls. I loved the canvas pictures that they have. The living room contains a canvas of the underground lines. The downside about the living room is that it does appear somewhat cramped .i.e there is no separate kitchen but a kitchenette and the living room was not all that massive so having the kitchenette did make the space appear to be even smaller. Another slight issue was the blinds. There are blinds in all the rooms. The blinds did appear battered; the host did say to me that they are changing the blinds to curtains as they are aware that the blinds need to be changed. The apartment comes fully equipped with everything you need. Including a coffee maker in the kitchen. The one thing I did love about this apartment was the view. If you stand on the balcony, you can see the marina. You also have a great view of the tall buildings in Canary Wharf, plus a view of the city of London and the River Thames. I was told by the host that one couple booked the apartment on News Years Eve just so that could view the fireworks from the apartment. The bedrooms are nice and cosy and carpeted whist the rest of the apartment has wooden floors. The only issue with the bedrooms that is that I felt that the beds were not made neat enough. Apart from this, the apartment is modern and lovely and a definitely worth booking.
