"Hi Rina, Thanks for the enquiry about our stay. While we were in London we wrote and even sent photos of the things we were unhappy about. A broken, cracked sink , pictures falling off walls and a bed with slats missing and a very uncomfortable old mattress just to name a few. At the time we were assured that we would get a discount of 10% of our total charge which would be refunded to us together with our deposit. As at to-days date we are still waiting. This is not the service we expected. We would be very happy to hear your further comments and also to know when we can expect our deposit back. Kind regards Denise and Harry Peters."

Remarks Positive about stay: proximity of the DLR, the calm one of the apartment. Pleasant sight on the docklands. The assistance of the personnel of service. Not satisfied with: 2 of the 3 beds 2 places were of average comfort for one and very uncomfortable for the other. To pay cash without receipt is not sign of confidence even if one succeeded in having one of them."

The apartment I had at Millharbour was a welcome relief. It was a fabulous two bed apartment will a fully equipped kitchen and is was so nice to be able to cook a healthy meal and then sit and relax in a nice modern living room - it almost felt like being at home!! I would highly recommend this apartment for stay in London and have already done so to all of my friends and business associates.
