We have now returned to Denmark after a pleasent stay in London and we (most of the time) enjoyed staying in the flat at Millhabour. However I have some remarks to the service provided by your company. We were welcomed by the manager and the service seemed to be great as he provided us with 3 extra chairs for a dinner party on Friday. The baby cot requested for wasn't ready but was fetched and set up. If I must give you a piece of advice I would get rid of that cot! We had to have our baby in the double bed for almost the entire stay! We tried everything to make the cot comfortable, but it just wasn't possible. Needless to say that sharing a bed with a baby doesn't make the sleeping better ... On arrival day we arranged with the manager that he would provide some cutlery for our dinner party and get a duve for the second bedroom as it was occupied by to singles who each prefered their own duve. We never saw neither the cutlery nor the duve. But worst of all. On arrival day we were told by the manager that the flush in the hallway toilet didn't work and that it would be fixed as soon as possible. We agreed that this should be done by Friday afternoon the latest otherwise we would be moved to another flat. This was never fixed! And of course caused a lot of irritation throughout the stay not least during the nighttime. I tried to contact the company to confirm the arrangements mentioned above but was told on the phone that someone would get back to me. This never happened! I tried to call again later and on Saturday but the office was closed. Not the best of service just to ignore the customers. Finally I had arranged with the manager that we could leave our luggage on departure day either in our own flat or somewhere else after 9 am as we were not to leave London until 3 pm and would like to do a bit of sightseeing before leaving the city. I never heard anything from him or saw him again! So after waiting til 10 pm in the flat I decided to stop waisting valuable time and contacted the concierge who kindly let us leave our luggage in reception until departure. So after a great start with a warm welcome and good service things just went completely wrong and though we enjoyed our time in London we were quite upset with the lack of service for the rest of the stay.

"It was lot of space and a nice view on the Thames and everything met our expectation. check-in and check-out was easy and convenient and the staff was very friendly and efficient. The only minor comment is that we were expecting some more explanation on how to use and control the heating system. We confirm our satisfaction and will recommend your apartments to our friend and relatives. "

Spacious apartment providing nice beds, sanitary, sufficient kitchen equipment & supplies well in order fine TV, position of the apartment are very well, beautiful view, actually a very well holiday stay. Not satisfied with- the instructions for use of the furnace were lacking

Quite nice and maintained, check in and out myself, it was fine and easy. Happy with the staff and the amenities provided, the stay was live up to our expectations. It would be nice to have a list of all equipment in the cupboard.
