We were delighted with the apartment - the ease of location and standard were superb, and we could not have wished for better.
Hello, our stay in London was very nice and the house was perfect for our needs. The house was comfortable, clean and spacious. I only give you a few tips to make it more suitable to the needs of an Italian tourist : a larger pot for cooking pasta, another pan and a coffee maker. It would also be advisable to have an instruction sheet to figure out how to access the wifi connection and a prior review of the functioning of the entire TV system.
We had an excellent stay at the apartment. Flat is clean and spacious. There is a supermarket just in front and the limehouse station is very close. Perfect for a family of 4 persons. The railway is a bit noisy.
First of all, I have to thank for your team for allowing us to check-in earlier as our flight from Bangkok to London was so early and we had no place to keep our luggage. With your great service attitude, John and Heusen helped us until we put all luggage in the apartment. We had a great time at your apartment.

The Check-in/check-out, cleaning, comfort level was good. It was a modern, spacious, bright apartment with beautiful views of the harbor. There was lots of noise from road and air exhaust (maybe that could be stopped but we did not know where). It was completely value for money

The apartment was very conveniently located and spacious. We loved the balcony option and the opportunity to cook as the location meant there was a Tesco opposite. The flat was also clean which we liked. The check-in and check-out was easy and convenient. The staff was very helpful and well mannered, there was no tea towel to dry with, but they have arranged it on request. We did enjoy our stay and would probably use you again.
