Notice of cancellation is required 72 hours or more prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge. If notice of cancellation is received less than 72 hours prior to arrival then 1 nights rental will be charged for stays of 1-6 nights and a 2 night charge for stays of 7+ nights. Once in house if you may wish to shorten the stay no refund is given.
