Hi Overall, it was a pleasant stay for myself and two other colleagues of mine with House of Moli service apartments. Since you are into Hospitality business, I thought it ideal to share some feedback points, which might be beneficial for you from a customer service perspective. Basic amenities like availability of hot water, especially, when the weather was at its extreme conditions (-3 degrees) remain unresolved despite our intimation to you guys during the second week of our stay itself. One thing to be borne in mind is that we are not at all used to temperatures lesser than +10 degrees in our home country Accessibility to contact numbers provided, has been an ongoing service issue, unfortunately there has never been a call back at any given point in time from anyone till date We had to shift to another apartment 590, No. 4, on 10th Feb 2012 evening at around 20:00 GMT, due to one of the hinches of the balcony door in apartment no. 594 No. 3 found to be in a faulty state as the door had come out of its frame. No intimation till date on what went wrong with the doors, as it posed a security concern for us and we were a bit worried on whether it was a house break-in attempt which damaged the door Again, we had to move back to 594, apartment no. 3, on 13th Feb 2012, morning at 11:30 GMT, saying the door has been fixed and there is a booking from the next day for the one that we had moved into, on 10th Feb 2012 The fact that we had to move all our belongings not once, but twice, within a gap of 3 days was really a strenous one. The malfunctioning of the security system at the main entrance made it even worser for us since we had to shift our luggage and other belongings through the car park. There was literally no help offered from House of Moli, even from a courtesy point of view. However, I would like to thank your colleague Jital, towards arranging the alternate apartment for us to stay in when the faulty door was noticed by us on 10th Feb 2012. i.e. 590, Apt No. 4, . Infact, she had provided me with her personal mobile no. as well for any urgent requirement, which is highly appreciated. We have reached the last day of our stay in House of Moli and would like to thank you for providing us with a pleasant stay, overall.

Remarks: Positive about stay: Great location directly at DLR Limehouse Station. Supermarket opposite. Spacy and comfortable. Not satisfied with: Check-in/out: there was none to welcome us at the agreed time, but after I called them, they arrived within 10 mins. Kitchen equipment is quite less for 4 people (don't forget diswasher tabs). We were quite suprised that there is no coffee maker!

Positive about stay We didn't have any hot water since our arrival it was snowing and we were 4 peoples! The man told us at the end of the journey that the boiler was broken. He was absolutly not serious in his Manager job.also we didn't have any body to gave us the keys when we arrived, we have to find the key in the garden, and finally we didn't have any body to do the check out!"

I'm very happy to say that all 7 of us enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The standard was very satisfying, and there was ample space for all of us. We had absolutely no major concerns, however, there are a few small things that I could mention for possible future improvements:Not enough place around the dinner table for all 7, not enough cutlery for all of us, problems getting in enough hot water for all of us as we were a group of 7. These minor details would not deter us from coming again, and we're quite likely to book with you again. Thank you for providing a lovely service!
