Living Room

This lovely, one storey terrace house has a compact reception leading to the living room and the stairs to the first floor level. The property has been recently refurbished. The whole bathroom has also been tiled, with new washbasin and WC. The lounge and the bedrooms have insulated wooden floors. The stair is carpeted, and the kitchen floor is tiled and decorated with aesthetic lighting. The whole internal walls and ceilings have been painted and decorated, while the external of the building has also been decorated. There is private parking space and private garden for the property.

Bed & Bathroom

The large, comfortable double bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space. One room has a double bed and the other has a trio bed with double bed at the bottom and single at the top. There is also a sofa bed in the living room that sleeps two. The bathroom, wash-hand basin and WC have all been replaced with new ones. The whole bathroom has also been tiled. Insulated wooden floors have been installed in the lounge and bedrooms. Linen and towels will be provided.

Kitchen

The kitchen comes fully equipped for all your cooking and food storage needs. A fridge and freezer is available, as well as microwave, electric hob and dishwasher. It is ideal for catering at home, as all equipment and utensils to prepare meals are provided. There is dining seating for 4, and lounge seating for 6. The kitchen floor is tiled and decorated with aesthetic lighting.
