This property was extremely well located,a cosy local inhabitated area but close enough to the main tourist attractions. There are several fantastic small cute restaurants & bars on the doorstep,as well as grocery store & bakery too, which we frequented as they were reasonably priced and good quality. In addition the Arc de Triomf metro station was just over 5 min walk, which made it very easy to get to other areas. The owners were very professional, but also extremely welcoming,they all spoke great English, and were very informative, particularly with directions from the airport, it was so easy! The stair well up to the property is a bit narrow,which can make it difficult carrying large bags up,but this would not stop me from staying there again!

We ( me and my husband) had a wonderful time in this beautiful apartment. We really appreciated the location, so close to everything, be it shops, sights, beach or underground stops. We were there for 3 weeks and are already looking forward to it again some time in the future. Barcelona is a great city to visit and this apartment is the perfect starting point. We totally recommend it

I´m very pleased with our experience in this apartment.It´s the ideal location to discover the city for first timers. Very quiet despite its central location thanks to the lay out of the apartment. You have the Ramblas and the beach closeby and plenty of monuments and sights nearby. The apartment is beautifully decorated and comes fully fitted throughout; in fact there were more things than we expected like a collection of dvds in different languages. The owner is very helpful and friendly. In fact it´s more beautiful than the pictures show! Definetely it won´t be our last time there

Wir waren nur 4 Tage in Barcelona und wollten statt Hotel mal eine Ferienwohnung versuchen. Die Entscheidung war genau richtig und das lag sicher auch an dieser Wohnung, einer idealen Lage am Rande der Altstadt, nicht weit vom Strand und allen Highlights der Stadt und vor allem an den total netten und hilfsbereiten Vermietern Carlos und Guillermo. Mehr Freundlichkeit hätten wir auch in den besten Hotels nicht erwarten können. Für den nächsten Besuch ist dies schon mal unsere erste Adresse, für jeden zu empfehlen, dem der dritte Stock ohne Lift nicht zu hoch ist

Wir haben (leider nur) 3 Tage in dieser wunderbaren Stadt verbracht und in diesem Apartment einen idealen Standort gefunden. Die Wohnung liegt so zentral, dass man die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß bestens erreicht und dabei auf dem Weg noch viel Barcelona-Flair mitkriegt. Die Metro ist auch nur um die Ecke und im Vergleich zu anderen Großstädten sehr übersichtlich ( und sehr preiswert) Man hat hier alle Optionen; Restaurants,Bäcker, Bars, Supermarkt, Shops aller Art in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, die Küche so gut ausgestattet, dass man nach Bedarf auch hier gut kochen kann. Wir haben uns zu dritt (zwei Erwachsene und 11-jährige Tochter) sehr wohl gefühlt . Besonders nett war im übrigen die "Rundumbetreuung" des Vermieters, der uns vorab durch ausführliche Mails auf deutsch schon viele Reiseinformationen zukommen ließ und auch vor Ort sehr verbindlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Wir haben diese Wohnung bereits weiterempfohlen. Besten Dank!

This flat is centrally located and a home away from home. Looking out onto a typical street in the Old Town, immersed us in the experience while providing every modern luxury including a fully appointed kitchen, a comfortable and spacious livingroom and bedroom.
